All the funds and properties (movable and immovable) received or acquired in any manner are deemed to belong to Mandir and no individual member or any other person or office bearer has any proprietary right, title or interest in or over these funds and properties or any portion thereof. The Managing Committee is the custodian of all donations, Bheta from Sangat, Ardas and Gulak, charities etc. The accounts of Hari Om Mandir are audited at the end of each financial year by the auditor, who is elected either from among the members of Mandir or any suitable person from outside. At present, Shri Bhagwandas Jethwani of M/s B. Jethwani & Co., Chartered Accountants, Lucknow is the auditor of Hari Om Mandir.
